Be responsible for performing general cleaning and minor maintenance duties at a range of housing properties  Undertake duties such as cleaning, repairing, and applying basic fixes to ensure facilities are tidy and functional Ensure communal areas within the units are clean and tidy, and electrical appliances are serviceable We have one permanent position available working Monday to Friday in Manurewa, Auckland.
