Our client helps to set up and clean temporary event flooring and barriers for music and sporting events! With the event season picking up, we are looking for reliable and strong casual labourers to help install and power-wash/clean the equipment pre and post events.
Multiple casual positions available! The ideal candidates are fit uni students or travellers looking for casual short term roles. The client has multiple upcoming gigs that they will need help with, typically lasting 1-2 days. You will be assembling and laying down flooring by hand, as well as helping to assemble barriers and power-wash (clean) gear down once uninstalled. The role is entirely physical labour so you need to be fit, however it isn't very heavy – just repetitive. Mostly working outdoors a lot of the time too.
The roles can be at a variety of sites around Auckland depending on gig location. Upcoming work in November based in Kingsland and Mangere! No specific start/finish times as depends on requirements of concert. These will be confirmed in advance and run past you.

Work Duties Include:
Physical labour – lifting/installing flooring for events and power-washing them once event is over.
Keeping sites clean and tidy.
Repetitive tasks – bending, lifting (up to 15kg), standing.
Working outdoors mostly.
About you:
Fit and reasonably strong!
Car to get to work.
Happy with short jobs.
Can follow instructions.
Backpackers, uni students and visa holders welcome!
Own PPE ideally – hi vis and steel cap safety boots.
MUST be reliable.
