We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the civil construction industry or develop their skills further in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the construction and maintenance of heavy civil infrastructure (roads, bridges, drainage, culverts, land development etc.)Operating hand and power toolsLoading and unloading construction materialsAssisting machine operators (like spotting) and tradespeople as neededEnsuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organizedAdhering to all health and safety regulations on siteOther general labour duties as required by the site supervisorRequirementsPrevious experience in construction or a related fieldPhysically fit and capable of performing manual labour in a variety of weather conditionsAbility to follow instructions and work well as part of a teamReliable with a strong work ethicCommitment to health and safety practicesA valid driver license and reliable transportAbility to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol and medical testWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly wage ($25-35 per hour based on experience and minimum 40 hours per week)Birthday offHealth and Life insurance (if you qualify)n3 Boost! discount appFull training and development opportunitiesPPE and tools providedA supportive and inclusive team cultureOpportunities to progress within the companyClearHead EAP support for you and your familyIf you're ready to take the next step in your construction career and want to be part of a leading company, we'd love to hear from you!
