General Hire Assets 
Check all returned equipment for damages, hours, and fuel on return and communicate all information to front desk  Manage all repairs, servicing, maintenance of General Hire Equipment  Directly handle all equipment deliveries/pick-ups and on-call site maintenance or repairs of General Hire Equipment  Ensure all Fuel and Hazardous Substances are handled following the appropriate procedures 
           Manage fabrication of any required equipment/tools/resources 

Liaise with suppliers who are repairing damaged equipment to ensure it is repaired and returned promptly  Ensure the turn-around of maintenance of General Hire equipment is swiftly available for re-hire 
Yard Management 

Maintain the yard to ensure it is tidy and professional 
           Manage the opening and lock up of the yard and building
