Based at our plant in Levin, our factory roles are physically demanding and require physically fit people for the manual work; however, being based inside means you stay dry!
Responsibilities: Previous experience within a busy production/manufacturing environment with a LEAN focus would be ideal.Punctuality, reliability, and desire to learn are key to a successful career with us.Must be a team player.Our machines are large and complex, so if you have an interest in the field of mechanical workings, this may suit you.Health and Safety practice is important on our sites, and we are looking for people who can show they are committed to working safely.Rotating Shifts: Monday-Friday, 6.00am – 2.30pm/2.20pm – 10.20pm.Overtime may be required, so flexibility is necessary.We offer: Competitive hourly rates + Shift allowance.Superannuation (company contribution up to 5%).Life Insurance and Disability Income Protection Insurance.Free basic medical cover.On-going training.Assistance in completing Core Manufacturing Level 2 Qualifications through Competenz.Career opportunities with the potential to progress into a Machine Operator/Supervisory role within the organization.If you are interested, please apply online.
