The Opportunity We are seeking an energetic, highly organised, accurate and efficient administrator to work in admin support roles, working in different services. We have a permanent position 40 hours a week. You would need to be available for work over normal business hours between 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (max 8 hours a day). This position also covers planned and unplanned leave for our admin teams. You will be responsible for a mix of duties including frontline reception work, supporting clinic bookings and data entry so excellent word processing / data entry skills and multitasking is a must. Other desirable attributes are the ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and presentation, the ability to work closely with colleagues and to manage a variety of tasks in busy environments. Experience with medical terminology would be an advantage but not essential. You must be prepared to move location to meet demand, be able to prioritise and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. We all maintain a strong commitment toward quality improvement. Experience in a call centre type environment would also be helpful for some duties. Due to the busyness of this role, excellent communication skills are paramount and a willingness to be a team player is a must.
