Our client is a multi-award-winning business and is recognised as one of the leaders in environmental sustainability.
With a strong focus on the local Horowhenua community our client supports many sports clubs, donating product for fundraising and to community groups who work to help feed those facing food deprivation, or across our many hapu groups for tangi's.
Our client is seeking a motivated Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office, and providing support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, Scanning, managing emails, and filing.Organise and maintain office documentation and records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.Ordering office supplies, PPE and groceriesEnsure office compliance with company policies and procedures.Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience in XeroStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
