Job Description:Summerset Avonhead is looking to recruit an experienced Gardener to join our village on a part-time basis! About the Role:
This is a busy and diverse role, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day garden maintenance activities, such as trimming, panting and weeding.
Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring well maintained, beautiful gardens and landscapesEnsuring the buildings, grounds and amenities are kept clean and tidy for residents, families and staff to enjoyMaintaining a professional, friendly and welcoming appearance and manner for all residents & familiesThis is a permanent, part-time role working 24 hours per week (across 3 days per week). Qualifications:About You:
Ideally you will have gardening or landscaping experience.
But more important to us will be your genuine passion for creating great environments and love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
Flexibility is key, as work hours will vary based on seasonal demands and team availability.

A Collaboration & Team Player attitudeExcellent time-management to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely mannerA good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in serviceGreat organizational skills and efficiencyExperience in creating and maintain great gardens, domestically or commerciallyA passion for keeping our gardens beautiful and enjoyable for our residents is essential!
