Love working outdoors? Our dedicated team are looking for a Gardener to join us in maintaining an attractive community environment for our residents.
This might be an opportunity to get some solid experience on your CV with a well-recognised and respected employer or perhaps you're moving away from a hectic role and want to work outside in a beautiful environment with great people.
The role is for 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Duties include: Maintaining visually appealing gardens and grounds up to company standards.Maintain and appropriately use equipment for optimal safety and longevity.Conduct planned maintenance activities, including fertilization, weeding, tying/training, trimming, pruning, furniture inspections, repairs, cleaning, and painting, following the Maintenance Program and company standards.Collect, sort and manage green waste.Operate site vehicles, including the minibus, as necessary for work duties in a safe manner.Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and willingness to perform additional duties as required by management.Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience working outdoors and any experience with gardening, school grounds caretaking, landscaping or amenity gardening would be ideal.
A clean driver's license would be preferable.
We would definitely encourage a candidate who possesses knowledge or has experience of general gardening, spraying, weeding, and/or pruning to apply.
