Your dedication to great customer service will shine through for our residents, who are at the heart of all we do. We garden using natural techniques and are looking for somebody with a true passion for gardening.We pay market rates and provide a uniform, including quality wet weather gear, tools, and PPE. We provide training and we promote an educational path for our gardeners' encouraging apprenticeships with Primary ITO.This is a physically demanding job, and a high level of fitness is required.
