Gardener

We are KIARA GROUP OF COMPANIES LIMITED T/A Cleanman a cleaning and lawn mowing company operating in Auckland. Our majority of the sites are within Auckland covering commercial and residential sites. We are seeking for TWO energetic lawn mower / Gardener to join us. Duties you will perform: ·         Preparing garden sites and plots using hand tools and machines ·         Packaging & transporting green waste to the refuse centre after completing the task. ·         cleaning sites and removing green waste ·         loading, unloading, and moving garden supplies and equipment ·         Assists in cultivating and maintaining gardens. ·         Mowing lawns, weeding gardens, and keeping green spaces and walkways clear ·         Complete the task of lawn mowing as instructed by client. ·         Complete the task accurately within given timeline. ·         Conduct feedback from the client upon completing the task and ensure a customer satisfaction. ·         Maintain lawnmowing equipment including lawn mower, line trimmers, hedge trimmer, chainsaw. ·         Always follow Health and safety regulations. ·         Pruning shrubs & small bushes based on climate. ·         Small tree removal & stump grinding   What we expect from you: ·         Be physically fit - heavy lifting will be involved (~25kgs) ·         Valid International / New Zealand Driving License to drive a company car in New Zealand to travel from one site to another.        Must be able to drive the Manual Car of the company       Must be NON SMOKER      Must not have any serious driving conviction.      Must have 3 Years of relevant work experience as a Gardener OR Relevant Qualification      Graduate Candidate in Any Field can substitute the requirement of Work Experience.  ·         Not afraid of a little sun, wind or rain! (PPE provided) ·         No experience necessary - all training can be given. ·         Honest and Reliable & a good team player ·         Must be drug-free. We have regular drug and alcohol testing including pre-employment tests. ·         Able to start early morning & finish late evening in busy periods. ·         Able to work on weekends and public holidays as many of our clients prefer. ·         Able to communicate with customers.   An Applicant will work for a minimum of 30 hours a week and will be offered payrate of 29.70/- an hour to the suitable candidate.
