As the Garden Department Supervisor, you will:Oversee daily operations of the garden centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.Supervise and support our enthusiastic garden team to meet and exceed goals.Inspire and influence team members with your drive and enthusiasm.Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling all customer needs.Bring expertise in garden hardware, green goods, and related products (preferred).Handle stock management and ensure our shelves are always well-stocked with top-quality products.Collaborate with Retail Store Manager to implement strategies for achieving sales targets and department growth.Use your tech-savvy skills to enhance operational efficiency.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow the department.
You'll report directly to the Retail Manager and work on a roster that includes one weekend day, ensuring a great work-life balance.
