Our Performance and Analysis team are looking for a Gaming Insights Lead to join their team reporting to Head of Loyalty and Insights.
The role is a key player in transforming SkyCity's data into actionable insights to better understand performance and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:Accurate reporting on performance and customer segmentsOptimisation of customer dataDesign and development of customer and product dashboardsLead the team of Gaming AnalystsProvide insights into the Loyalty Programme performance & customer behaviourMinimum Requirements:5+ years of data analytics experienceBachelor's degree in statistics/finance/economics/marketing/ICTStrong leadership capabilityCurious mindProven experience with analytical toolsWe are passionate about maintaining a strong sense of team, therefore we require someone with drive, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour.
