In this key role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to international travellers, with a strong emphasis on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions.
If you are passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Your duties vary but primarily include:Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency.Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures.Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales.Participation in day-to-day sales activities and marketing projects.We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:Flexible to work in late afternoon shifts during weekdays and at various shift times during the weekends.Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, customer service and working towards set goals.Service-oriented and always eager to deliver the best possible services for the highest possible profitability.Responsible and have an eye for details, and complete tasks with great accuracy and in a timely manner.Team player who enjoys collaborating with others.Good hands-on computer knowledge, mainly within Microsoft Office suite.Have customer service experience or worked in sales activities.You are fluent in English; your fluency in other languages would be advantageous.What can you expect from us?Prosegur Change cares about its employees' opportunities for development.
