The Future Student Team Advisers work as an integral part of the future student team who implements targeted recruitment and sales strategies within the prospective domestic tertiary student market.
The Future Student Adviser role is central to increasing the growth of student numbers, increasing awareness of programs offered and ultimately providing course information and advice to potential students, parents and career advisors.
The QRC student journey begins in high school classrooms, with the possibilities of tertiary education in Queenstown & Paihia being brought to life by the future student team.
Helping to guide the first part of this journey and assisting the campus team to onboard well informed students is central to QRC's success and academic outcomes.
Extensive travel throughout New Zealand is an essential component of the position.
Key Accountabilities: Engage, excite and provide course advice and information to prospective students at high schools.
This will include classroom presentation and discussions with careers advisers, teachers, and parents.
Assume responsibility for assigned territories and effectively manage leads along the sales pipeline to application stage.Attend selected education fairs and career expos.Host campus events, tours and information evenings for prospective students and their key stakeholders.
Carry out any other recruitment activities as required by the marketing strategy.Identifying quality prospective students and manage CRM database accordingly.Nurture applied students to enrolment.

A positive attitude is the most essential skill and a tertiary qualification is desirable.
The role can be tailored to your experience levels, so we would encourage both seasoned professionals or someone starting out in their career to apply.

The successful candidate must have a current NZ drivers licence.
