AKA Education Group is adding a new position to its team, and we are looking for a dynamic Future Student Adviser . This role involves engaging with the local community, working with local high schools and industry to recruit into our domestic programmes.
Key Requirements:
Experience in sales
Experience in Student Recruitment preferable
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to build rapport with diverse groups
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset
Full NZ Driver's License
Responsibilities:
Design and implement recruitment strategies to achieve domestic recruitment targets.
Provide engaging and tailored programme advice and information to prospective students.
Liaise and build relationships with the local community and community groups, industry and secondary schools. This includes hosting events, attending expos, and carrying out activities in line with the recruitment strategies.
Manage all leads to enrolment stage.
Monitor market trends and amend recruitment strategies as needed.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
