We are looking for more than a Sales Manager.
We're looking for a Show Room Manager – someone who has drive and initiative, who loves meeting new people and helping them make the best purchase decisions of their lives! And who enjoys expressing their creative design flair, as they will have responsibility for the aesthetics of our showroom.

Key responsibilities:
Developing the retail and trade business
Setting and meeting sales targets
Staying up to date with product knowledge
Styling the showroom
What we need from you:
At least 5+ years' sales management experience, ideally in a high-end furniture or interiors business
The ability to take a customer on a sales journey and, at the end, to CLOSE the sale
Great relationships with the Interior design industry – or the ability to develop these relationships – fast!
An easy way with customers - you enjoy engaging with people of all kinds
Attention to every important detail, so each sale is followed through with pre & post-delivery processes
A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekend days
Above all, you are someone who will follow up on every sales lead, manage your sales pipeline and go above and beyond, to achieve your sales target.
