Consultants (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Competitive market salary, package and benefits We are seeking a MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Functional Consultant to join our client, a technology leader known for innovation.In this role, you will architect and design Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that drive real business value. You'll lead the customization and configuration of Customer Engagement modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. From requirements gathering to final deployment, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring both technical and business objectives are met.The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, deep expertise in CRM solution architecture, and a strong functional background in module customization, configuration, and data migration. Proficiency with integration tools such as Logic Apps, Power Automate, and SQL Server is essential, along with the ability to manage complex workflows and automation.Excellent communication skills are critical, as you'll engage with stakeholders, document functional requirements, and mentor junior consultants.
