Position Summary Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance architecture and implementation.Expertise & ability to handle cross-functional areas issues like MM, FI, CO, QM, PP, BI, BO and third-party systems like MES and TPS.Cross skill with SAP PP and SCM module.Having knowledge in Purchasing and inventory management module is an added advantage.Having knowledge on Production resource and tools.Hands on required experience in handling major enhancements if there are gaps identified.Perform in cross-functional team environments where strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
In certain situations, teams may be geographically diverse or involve other implementation consulting partners.In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration.Strong understanding of business processes and IT infrastructure.Proven experience in project management and leading technical teams. Mandatory Skills SAP ERPSAP FioriHaving skill to understand ABAP programming.Data Integration.Business process analysis.Project management.System architecture design.Having good knowledge of tools used by client (DHC Vision, MEDS, Solution manager, ALM) Roles And Responsibilities Perform detailed analysis and documentation of business process requirements and provide appropriate solutions, functional specifications, business blueprints.Facilitate and conduct workshops to gather business requirements.Ability to provide advisory services for both new implementations and current systems.Provide adhoc guidance and customer support.Have hands-on experience on working with cross functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setup.Facilitate the incorporation and adoption of SAP PM.Responsible for planning and executing SAP implementation, Development, Support activities for SAP Plant Maintenance.Analyze functional and technical needs of the customer.
Also able to identify gaps and propose alternative solutions when required.Design, configure, and implement SAP PM solutions to optimize maintenance processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to plant maintenance.Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, and user interfaces within SAP PM.Configure SAP PM modules to meet specific business needs and ensure optimal performance.Monitor and troubleshoot maintenance processes to ensure system reliability and data integrity.Optimize business performance and scalability to support growth and operational efficiency.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on SAP PM functionalities.Provide trainings to business users for easy adoption to SAP.Provide support to AMS during lead phase and handover the knowledge. Salary Range: >$100,000
