Position: Site Manager, Fulton Swim School New Plymouth Hours: 35 hours per week

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the pool facility is well-maintained, compliant with safety regulations, and operational 100% of the time.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, including a successfully developed Swim Instructor team ready for their new leader, to achieve operational excellence and maintain a positive workplace culture. Recruit, train, and support staff, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a cohesive team environment.
Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and staff. Actively engage with potential customers to close enrollments and convert inquiries into confirmed registrations.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and control expenses while optimizing revenue opportunities. Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and collaborate with the General Manager on financial decisions.
Program Coordination: Implement and manage swim programs, ensuring they align with community needs and school goals. Regularly assess participation and strive to improve program effectiveness.
Communication & Content Submission: Maintain regular communication with the Support Office, providing updates and submitting promotional content to showcase site activities and engage the community.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce pool rules and conduct regular safety checks. Address any hazards immediately and ensure all required reporting is completed accurately.
Weekly and Daily Duties: Complete regular tasks such as swimmer of the week updates, rostering, daily timesheet approvals, and customer assessments. Participate in at least one in-pool shift per week to stay connected to operations.
Admin Responsibilities: Ensure timely completion of administrative duties, keeping the Support Office informed and minimizing follow-up needs on tasks or deadlines. Qualifications: Proven experience in site management, with a strong track record of success.Experience in the swim school industry is highly advantageous.Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
