THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT FULLERS360 EMPLOYEES Fullers360 Ambassador About the role In this position of Fullers360 Ambassador, you'll join our Customer Experience team; playing an important role in providing top notch customer service for our guests (regular commuters and tourists) before they step onboard our vessels.
This role encompasses that of wharf host duties, retail ticket sales and other frontline duties.
Alongside this your typical responsibilities will include:
Provide excellent customer service with a focus on quality.Assist and support customers to queue, purchase tickets and provide insights into travelling times and travel destinations.Promote and offer advice on Fullers360 products, services and promotions.Perform cash handling and till transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.Other administrative duties such as ensuring all stock levels are maintained.Hours of work (between 6am – 9pm, 7 days a week):
$27.80 per hour.Rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.3-week rotating roster, usually 5 days on and 2 days off but may vary.120 hours over a 3-week period, average of 40 hours per week.Morning, afternoon and night shifts.Morning shifts start between 6am - 8.30am and night shifts finish at 9pm.About you It's an absolute give in that you will of course LOVE Customer Service and enjoy talking with people and assisting them the best you possibly can!
