Full Time Trading & Inventory Manager/Customer Support Role Full Time Trading & Inventory Manager/Customer Support Role Te Puke Veterinary Centre Te Puke, Bay of Plenty Due to the departure of a valued employee on maternity leave we are re-designing our Trading Manager role, and are looking for someone who has plenty of enthusiasm to fill this vacancy. At Te Puke Veterinary Centre we are strongly focussed on customer service and communication with our clients. We are looking for someone to be a consistent point of contact with our farmers, helping assist with animal health treatments and planning seasonal needs. Inventory and stock management for the whole clinic (companion animal and production animal drugs and treatments as well as retail products) will be a key component of this role, and our ideal candidate will have experience in this area. Largely in clinic based, the successful applicant will also be required to help with serving customers and answering phones. This role is full time - 5 days a week with rostered Saturday mornings shared with the other team members. Excellent customer service is something that TPVC is very proud of, so we are looking for someone that can deliver that ethos, who works great in a team and shows a high level of motivation, enthusiasm and passion about client service and care. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure at times is a must as our clinic is a busy hive of activity!
