About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be a MaxMara Brand Ambassador. We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our high-performing Auckland Airport team. The roster for this role is Wednesday to Sunday. Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though it is not a requirement. We are also open to the option of a Part-time role.
About the candidate:
You will be self-motivated and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
You are a clienteling and sales expert who ensures a unique client experience by creating long-lasting relationships.
Consistently strive to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs.
Use product knowledge to maximize and drive sales, identify customer's temperaments and recommend products that suit their style.
You will build customer loyalty and relationships while challenging yourself with the sales and productivity targets whilst building a strong CRM network.
A high standard of polish and personal presentation is important.
Ensure VM presentation standards are met according to the company requirements and reflect the brand.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry. Ideally have experience in sales or cashiering.
Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
High energy level, have a positive approach to job and group responsibilities.
Ability to work flexible hours/shifts - including weekends.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
