The Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be a MaxMara Brand Ambassador.
Full availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster.
Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales.
Sound fashion retail experience.
Must have a 'can do' attitude and confidence in working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously.
Motivated and exceptionally organised.
Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though is not a requirement.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry, ideally with sales or cashiering experience.
Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
High energy level, with a positive approach to job and group responsibilities.
Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
NZ Residency or Citizenship.
