This role is based in our Warkworth office and will appeal to an experienced real estate administrator who has exceptional organisational ability and strong people skills, able to work closely with multiple salespeople in a busy regional office.Working as the Admin Team Leader overseeing two other administrators/receptionist in conjunction with the Sales Leader, this position plays a critical role in the day-to-day running of a busy and successful team, where great communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and an energetic and pro-active approach are crucial.You will have achieved mastery of the real estate administration process and have advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
