Role Overview : As an IT Engineer at Help IT, you'll play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and optimising our clients' IT systems. You'll work closely with our team to deliver top-notch technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement cutting-edge solutions. If you're passionate about technology and enjoy solving challenging and complex IT-related problems, this role is perfect for you.
This role involves a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
Provide technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud products, including Office 365, Azure, and G Suite. Familiarity with firewalls, wireless technology, and security solutions.
Knowledge of Axis and Hikvision security solutions.
As an Authorised Surface reseller and Certified Microsoft CSP, knowledge of these programmes is also beneficial.
The ability to effectively communicate technical instructions in a clear and understandable language, tailored to business and client needs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills :
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA) are a plus.
