Our internal system, now in its v2 phase, is designed to help drive this mission, with plans to evolve it into a robust SaaS platform.The RoleWe're looking for a Full Stack Web Engineer who loves working in React, CSS, and HTML and has solid skills in Python. You'll be part of a dynamic team, taking our internal system well beyond the MVP stage. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to shape a platform that has the potential to impact worker safety across New Zealand and beyond.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field.2+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on React, CSS, HTML, and Python.Passion for frontend web development with an understanding of backend systems.Experience with PostgreSQL and other modern databases.Strong eye for detail, particularly in creating functional and user-friendly interfaces.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Digital Ocean.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain our web applications using React and Flask.Design scalable and efficient backend systems.Work closely with our technical team to translate business needs into technical solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Keep up with the latest web development trends and technologies.Contribute ideas and improvements to our development practices and tools.What We OfferGrowth & Impact: Join a lean, high-growth company where your work directly contributes to worker safety.Tech Stack: Work with a leading-edge open-source tech stack including React, HTML5, CSS, Python (Flask), Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, AWS, and more.Supportive Team: Be part of a talented, forward-thinking team that values creativity and collaboration.Flexible Work: We're based in Cromwell, but most of our team works remotely.
