Position Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-capitalized mid-size firm and advance your career at a dynamic and innovative company. We are a close-knit team looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join us. The Full Stack Software Engineer will play a key role in developing and maintaining critical software solutions, including our CRM platform, to drive business success.
You will work with a modern tech stack, including React, Python, Node, NoSQL, and MySQL, while leveraging cloud services like AWS to ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure. You will also collaborate across teams to deliver purpose-built solutions, manage integrations, and provide advanced support for the systems you develop.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.Design and implement backend systems using Python, Node.js, NoSQL, and MySQL.Lead the development and enhancement of our CRM to support multiple business lines, ensuring robust integrations and monitoring automations.Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including design, deployment, and maintenance.Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS.Ensure seamless integration of developed software with existing and future infrastructure systems and applications.Provide Level 2/3 support for software and infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.Proficiency in React, Python, Node, NoSQL, and MySQL.Experience with cloud providers like AWS, particularly in deploying and managing infrastructure as code.Strong understanding of software design principles, systems integration, and automation.Familiarity with CRM systems and purpose-built software development.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide advanced support.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with performance monitoring tools and frameworks.Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with additional frontend or backend frameworks.Positive attitude & team player;Strong communication (verbal, listening, writing);Strong analytical & organizational skills;Immaculate attention to detail;Possess strong critical thinking abilities;Thorough understanding of confidentiality and discretion;Strong problem-solving skills;Effective decision-making & conflict-management skills;Bilingual (Spanish & English C1/C2) Preferred.Rockpoint's Core Values: Be EfficientBe Collaborative & Communicate ConstantlyBe AccountableBe Ethical, AlwaysCareHave Fun!Continued Opportunities: Opportunities for career growth are bountiful.
