We're looking for a talented Full Stack Software Developer to join our well-resourced IT team and help drive a roadmap of change across multiple key areas of the organisation.About the Role:In this role as a strong intermediate or senior Software Developer, you'll work on diverse internal projects, gaining experience with multiple platforms. You'll join a collaborative team that includes developers, a business analyst, a product specialist, and a project manager, reporting to the Head of IT. Your Agile/Scrum expertise will ensure smooth project cycles, while your understanding of user interaction and design principles will help create user-friendly solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to delivering technology solutions that meet business goals.In order to succeed in this role, you will have:SQL Server expertise and database experience.Familiarity with web technologies and API architecture.Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Experience with the Azure Cloud Platform.Bonus Points if You Have Experience With:Workflow systems, SAAS, or cloud-based software.Power BI for data analysis and reporting.Microsoft Entra for identity management.Why Join BestStart?This full-time role in beautiful Tauranga offers the chance to work with a collaborative IT team.
