Through the support of the Foodstuffs Business Sales Manager – South Island, the purpose of this position is to support Foodstuffs South Island BSMs on projects and daily requirements in order to successfully deliver the account P&L. Support Foodstuffs South Island BSMs in driving agenda for TMGs & measurement of field KPIs, VMI ordering and key account Management across all FSSI banner groups.
Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Executive - FSSI, your job will be to:
Assist BSMs in development and presentation of NWSI/ PSSI Category Reviews, Joint Business Plans, NPD presentations including forms and documentation as required (Portal Deal sheets, POS approval, NPD forms etc).
Assist BSMs with internal modelling, reporting, projects, updating of key documentation/reference sheets as required.
Develop effective working relationships with key FSSI Category Team members (Category Assistants for all relevant categories, Marketing Manager for POS approval, Master Data team for NPD etc) via attending Category Reviews, NPD reviews, and Joint Business Plan meetings & supplier updates as required.
Conduct field visits (target = 1/month) and assist with field requirements/support as needed.
Contribute to BBF National Sales Team by attending all National Sales Meetings, Commercial Planning Meetings, team-building exercises & training events as specified by BSM.
Key user for CBP to load AOP approved promotional programme, Deals, Pricing etc.
Manage the timely communication of promo advice, weekly notes & display build advice to the field team.
Support BSM in Key Portfolio management tasks – Monthly reporting.
Monthly review of FSSI Accruals with TPM. Identify and authorize over accrued funds to be released.
Processing of FSSI orders into FSSI DC (VMI).
Qualifications:
You will have:
Tertiary qualified preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG industry preferably with experience in Field Sales, Supply Chain, Category Management or Key Accounts.
Good end-to-end understanding of the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point and Aztec/AC Nielsen Software.
Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in presentation, negotiation and communication.
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills.
You will be:
Managing FSSI and BBF supply teams to achieve DIFOT, SOH and forecast variance targets.
Working across multiple sites (BBF HO and FSNI HO).
Responding to short timeframe requests from FSNI and BBF.
Influencing TMGs agenda and outputs.
Strong at time management and task prioritization.
