Every day you will be dealing with challenging situations which will need to be approached with professionalism, respect, empathy, and in a positive manner. You will be welcoming customers into the station and ensuring their enquiries are understood and handled appropriately.You will be required to work shift work which comprises of early and late shifts, this roster operates 7 days per week so weekend work will be essential.
