Frontline Sales and Customer Service I-Site Southern Discoveries – Te Anau, South Island We are looking for an additional staff member to join our fantastic Te Anau sales team for the summer.
This role is fixed term, from September 2024 through to April 2025, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
During the peak period from December through to the end of February, hours will increase to 40 hours per week.
We are looking for the following skills, experience, and attributes: Previous experience in a tourism-based customer service role Enjoys meeting and greeting our customers in a friendly and professional manner Patient, organised, punctual, and reliable Strong team player Excellent spoken English Computer literate, with strong attention to detail (experience with ticketing and/or booking systems a distinct advantage) Sales ability Prepared to work between the hours of 9am and 6pm on a roster covering seven days a week (at least one weekend day required), including public holidays Knowledge of Fiordland activities is a definite advantage; however, training will be provided For a copy of the Job Description, please visit the provided link.
