Frontline Flight Coordinator 10Wks

Glacier Country Helicopters Ltd – Franz Josef, South Island
We have a fixed term role available to join our small, family owned and operated helicopter company in a front-line customer service role. This is a full-time position starting 23rd November 2025 and finishing 30th January 2025.
The role is mainly office based but our crew chip in to help drive the vans and load our helicopters when required. Checking in customers, managing machine weight & balances, flight following, managing availability and incoming bookings, processing payments, cancellations, and rescheduling are all part of the day-to-day running of our shop.
We are a seven day a week business and weather dependent helicopter activity, so being able to adapt quickly to an ever-changing day, good computer skills, a sense of humour, the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure, flexibility with working hours, and excellent customer service are essential. We will train you in our system & procedures.
A full driver's license, fluent English, and being legally entitled to work in New Zealand are also a must.
Wages are negotiable dependent on experience but start at $28 per hour. This is a full-time position, and we have a room available in a staff home for $200 per week including basic expenses. The role may be able to extend further into the season, but the accommodation is only available to cover this fixed period of leave.
