Through working closely with other departments, our Front Office Supervisor will ensure all of our guests have a smooth check-in and check-out process.This is a full-time, permanent position, starting December 3rd.Starting Rate of Pay: $24.30 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.35 per hour.Job Duties:Supervise and monitor the daily activities of colleagues and guests while working closely with the Front Desk and Royal Service teams.Ensure the arrival and departure experience of all guests is seamless through coordination of our market mix and VIPs.Lead, teach, coach, and inspire the Front Desk team to turn moments into memories for our guests.Empower colleagues to appease any guest service challenges and ensure all guest issues are tracked and followed up on to ensure service recovery.Qualifications:Supervisory experience within front desk for a large property required.Excellent knowledge of Micros-Opera Property Manager, Word, and Excel.Experience dealing with guest recovery.Job Perks & Benefits:Subsidized staff accommodation provided.Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift.Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide.Hotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes.Additional Information:Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
