Crowne Plaza Auckland is located in the heart of Auckland CBD. Our 4.5-star hotel is currently looking for Front Office Specialist to join our friendly and professional team within our Front Office team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be the face of the hotel! You will provide guests with friendly and efficient service related to arrival, departure, and any guest queries using our Property Management System, Opera.Follow procedures for cash and security on the front desk.Work alongside other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure a smooth flow of operations.To be successful in this position you will: Have previous customer service experience (advantageous).Have strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Front Office systems.Speak fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Possess problem-solving skills.Have strong attention to detail.What we offer:
