Ensure the smooth operation of Front Office, Concierge and Night Audit functions on a daily basis; Empower your team to create memorable moments and ensure luxury delivery to our guests' Provide effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures, concierge services, and portering duties' Train and promote Accor Live Limitless programme, from recruitment, to recognition, to rewards and recognition, accuracy, points accuracy and assist the Executive team to keep it activated and leverage relationship with the elite in house guests.
Qualifications Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably in five star property; Exceptional communication skills with ability to organise time, work and your team efficiently; Desire to know, motivate and engage your team; LCQ, Managers Certificate and First Aid Certificate desirable; You will need to hold open working rights for New Zealand.
