Company Description Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join our leadership team at Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square. Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires a collaborative team player, who is highly motivated to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will ensure the hotel's front office operations run effectively, and lead your team to focus on the guest experience and provide outstanding service. Job Description Oversee daily front office operations with a focus on guest satisfaction Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Monitor VIP/special guests and their requests to ensure loyalty is maintained Qualifications About You Extremely coachable and open to feedback Passionate about hospitality and motivated to drive your career forward Willing to work varied hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends Strong leadership and communication skills Proven problem solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Additional Information Why work for Accor?
