Front Office Duty Manager

Job Description

Management of hotel operations by leading the daily rhythm of a five star hotelManagement and coordination of all aspects of guest servicesEffective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes are effective & friendlyAdministration of the hotel's systems, with accurate and timely reportingAssist in the operation of an effective night audit function.  Cross departmental assistance from time to time including Food & Beverage functions and reservations assistance
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury or premium hotel of more than 80 rooms preferred;Proficiency in Opera Cloud or other PMS is preferredCurrent LCQ and General Managers Certificate preferredCurrent First Aid Certificate preferredImmaculate grooming and personal presentationArticulate communication skills and an understanding of luxury guest expectations.Full Driver's Licence preferredFlexibility to work over a 7-day rosterMust hold New Zealand Working Rights
