Job Description

Management of hotel operations by leading the daily rhythm of a five star hotel.
Management and coordination of all aspects of guest services.
Effective supervision of guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes are effective and friendly.
Administration of the hotel's systems, with accurate and timely reporting.
Assist in the operation of an effective night audit function.
Cross departmental assistance from time to time including Food & Beverage functions and reservations assistance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury or premium hotel of more than 80 rooms preferred.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud or other PMS is preferred.
Current LCQ and General Managers Certificate preferred.
Current First Aid Certificate preferred.
Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
Articulate communication skills and an understanding of luxury guest expectations.
Full Driver's Licence preferred.
Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster.
Must hold New Zealand Working Rights.
