As a Duty Manager, you'll create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
By providing guests with information on our hotel along with local information or arranging transportation, you'll ensure that guests have a seamless experience in Queenstown!
Complete welcoming and accurate check-in/check-out experiencesMonitor the sale & supply of alcoholYou will ensure that guest requests/complaints are dealt with in a timely manner by coordinating with other departments to handle these tasks/complaints e.g hotel maintenance issues, pass-on requests for Food & Beverage, or Housekeeping amenities.You'll work to improve hotel service based on guest reviews and take pride in your workplace.
Provide excellent leadership to your team members, including training, rostering, coaching, and recruitment as required under the guidance of the Front Office Manager.
