Front Desk Attendant (Full-Time) - Qantas Auckland

Permanent, Full-Time Position + Wellness Plan + EAP ServicesCompetitive Wage + Discounted Goods & ServicesCompass Group NZ is looking for a Permanent full-time (30 hours per week) Front Desk Attendant to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember within the Qantas Lounge at Auckland Airport.
Hours of work: Early shift 04:00 to 12:00 (03:30-12:00 pm during school holidays), Late shift 12:00 to 8:30 pm, and required to work during weekends as per the roster.
The Front Desk Attendant will be participating in a team that "surprises and delights" our valued clientele whilst providing warm and professional customer service and maintaining a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.The Attendant must ensure that all tasks associated with the Front Desk are completed, including welcoming guests upon arrival, providing information about the lounge, checking in guests as per the lounge access, and providing information about flight departures and announcements.All general customer service must be performed with due regard for all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations as required.
