Fresh Foods Manager

All Applicants must have a right to work in New Zealand About the role: We are looking for an exceptional Manager who is a Customer Experience superstar, to lead our fresh growth and help motivate, inspire and excite our team. Responsible for ensuring the customer gets a first-class experience by ensuring outstanding personal service at all times. The role includes making sure all fresh departments are running well while on duty, merchandising the store as needed, ordering, handling customer enquiries, cashing up, and closing up the store at the end of the day. This includes managing the junior team members so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience, our shelves remain rotated and full, and the store is a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
