We have an opportunity for four Freight Operator Team Leaders to join our Christchurch Operations.

Your duties will include;Day-to-day supervision and direction of freight handlingStaff training and related activities to provide quality service to customersCommunicate effectively with your team membersOperate forklifts, unloading & loading of unitsDevelop working relationships with customersSchedule and conduct team briefings dailyEnsure all freight are properly identified, re origin and destinationMake sure scanning of freight is done properly – Monitor staff regularly.Actively promote health and safety through daily team huddlesYour Skills - o pukengaA minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisor roleA minimum of 3 years' experience in Transport, Freight and LogisticsTo hold your Full NZ Driver's LicenseHold a current F and OSH endorsed forklift licenseExperience in working within an operational environmentBasic knowledge of Microsoft officeIf this role sounds like something for you then please click "apply"… we'd love to hear from you!To be considered, you must be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and Drug/Alcohol Testing.
