Join our vibrant NZ Post team as a Freight Investigator to support the Auckland Operations Centre based at 23 Underwood Street, East Tamaki. Critical competencies needed as a Freight Investigator include priority setting, an inquisitive mind, action orientation, customer and results focus, continuous improvement, and strong peer relationships. The ideal candidate will: Be available to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. Have experience in the following areas: Phone-based customer service role Microsoft Office experience with fast and accurate keyboard skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Exceptional customer service skills with strong negotiation and solutions resolution Planning and organisational skills, especially when managing multiple tasks and deadlines The ability to think outside the box and the motivation to go the extra mile All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
