We are now seeking an outstanding Freight Investigator to support the Auckland Operations Centre based at 23 Underwood Street, East Tamaki. This is a fixed term contract to support our peak period over summer. Experience in the following areas is expected: Phone based customer service roleMicrosoft Office experience along with fast and accurate keyboard skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)Exceptional customer service skills with strong negotiation and solutions resolutionPlanning and organisational skills, especially when it comes to managing multiple tasks and deadlinesThe ability to think outside the square and the motivation to go the extra mile - Delivering More!All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
