Frames And Truss - Entry Level

Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our production team in support of our client in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have experience in hammer hand duties, labouring, building frames and trusses, and operating machinery.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the construction and assembly of frames and trusses Perform labouring tasks to support production processes Operate machinery safely and efficiently Follow all safety guidelines and protocols Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications: Previous experience in hammer hand, labouring, frame and truss building, or machine operation is preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials Team player with strong communication skills Benefits: Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Ongoing training and development programs 4 Day working week (Mon-Fri) 12 hour shift Night shift and day shift available
