About the role: We are looking for an exceptional Duty Manager who is a Customer Experience superstar, to lead our evening team at our community store and who can motivate, inspire, and excite our team.
Responsible for ensuring the customer gets a first-class experience by ensuring outstanding personal service at all times of the day.
The role includes making sure all departments are running well while on duty, merchandising the store as needed, handling customer enquiries, cashing up, and closing up the store at the end of the day.
This includes managing the junior team members so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience, our shelves remain rotated and full, and the store is a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
Must be able to work weekends.
