About the role: We are looking for an exceptional Manager who is a Customer Experience superstar, to help lead our team, who is excited about change and wants to help make the store exceptional! This position is responsible for ensuring the customer gets a first-class experience, by ensuring outstanding personal service at all times of the day. The role includes making sure all departments are running well while on duty, merchandising the store as needed, handling customer enquiries, cashing up, and closing up the store at the end of the day. The position will also take on the responsibility of ordering for at least one of the departments.
We have big plans to grow our fresh offering in the coming months, so there will be lots of opportunity for learning and growth in aspects of the business.
Must be able to work at least one day in the weekend.
