FIRST Security Group are New Zealand and Australia's largest, and market leading security provider.We have an exciting opportunity to join our Operations Support Team within the Rotorua Forestry Branch.This Administrator role is key to providing the Forestry and Field staff with support for the smooth running of the branch.You will utilise your ability to multitask, have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, while being the face of the branch for the public.What the role is about?You will complete a range of admin tasks, including reviewing and entering incident reports, conducting investigations and issuing forest access (Hunting) permits.You will collate, review and file Body and Drive Cam footage, and report if required.You will manage our fleet of vehicle servicing, maintenance and associated admin.You will use your attention to detail to manage Keys and Access reconciliation.You will ensure internal systems and processes are followed, aiding to the smooth running of the field team. You're the glue that keeps the team running!You will be the face of the branch, and assist in resolving public enquiries.You will support client needs and ensure all relevant information is communicated between our clients and the field teams.No two days will be the same, special projects are a daily occurrence… so you will thrive in a dynamic environment.Who are you?You will have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy multitasking.You will have medium to high computer skills, especially in the office suite.You will have great customer service, with strong written and verbal communication.You will thrive in a process-driven environment, but have the skills to be agile when projects occur.Most of all… a drive to learn.
