Formatting Specialist

The Formatting Specialist is responsible for accurate document formatting and creation in accordance with PwC's templates, brand policy, and guidelines.
This is a remote role, with one day per week in office (Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton, or Hawkes Bay).
Responsibilities include:
Document production, formatting, editing, and design using Google and Microsoft Suites.
Conduct thorough reviews on documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with PwC's brand guidelines.
Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all documents uphold PwC's visual identity and brand messaging consistently.
Manage multiple document formatting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Collect and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve document quality and effectiveness.
Excellent document management skills, including Google and Microsoft Office suites.
Layout, formatting, and design experience.
An ability to think and identify solutions to problems.
Highly organised with an ability to effectively plan and prioritise multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a changing environment.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written along with the ability to build relationships.
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively contributing to the wider team.
